Booking an Appointment with us just got easier! Click on the button below and follow the easy instructions to book with any of the therapists at Bloom. Here are a few things we think you should know:
1. If you are trying to book a last minute appointment it is always best to call our office directly. The system only allows for appointments to be booked with a minimum of 4 hours notice. Often we have openings and we can fit you in so feel free to call us! We’ll do our best to make it happen!
2. Our Athletic Trainer, Jay Inouye, only accepts appointments at the following times: 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm, 4:00pm, and 5:30pm. When booking online with him please choose ONLY one of the above mentioned time slots. (otherwise we will have to call you back to change it!)
3. When booking a combination appointment (for example a massage followed by a chiropractic adjustment) you will have to flip back and forth between schedules to see what times are available. Once you find a time that works you will need to make two separate appointments. (i.e.book your massage first from 3pm-4pm, and then book your chiropractic adjustment to start at 4pm.)
4. When you book your appointment, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation stating that your appointment has been entered into our system. Then, 24 hours before your appointment you will receive another email to remind you that your appointment is coming up on the next day! Please note that you will not receive a reminder call as well.
5. We all know that sometimes it’s nice to talk to a “real live human being” so please feel free to call our office at anytime. We are always happy to help and can still book appointments for you or answer any questions you might have!
