Although every pregnancy is unique, this is a list of common symptoms that women experience:
1st Trimester

Massage Therapy can use a variety of techniques to relax tight muscles, increase circulation & drainage. Your RMT may recommend specific stretching and strengthening exercises to relieve discomfort & to achieve muscle balance. Your current exercises/activities may need to be modified if you are feeling too exhausted, hot, or thirsty after working out.

We have a special pregnancy massage table, The Body Cushion System© that allows pregnant women to lay comfortably face down or lay side lying. The cushion adjusts to different shapes and sizes so women in all stages of pregnancy can safely lay fully supported for a relaxing and comfortable massage.
