Anna’s experience in massage spans over two decades. She completed her initial training in Poland, where she is originally from. In 2004, she moved to London, UK, where she practiced bodywork for over 13 years in a variety of settings and earned a diploma from the London School of Sports Massage. After moving to Canada in 2017, Anna worked as a spa therapist before pursuing a career path as an RMT. She graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2024. Anna has experience treating repetitive strain injuries related to office work and computer use, as well as providing relaxation massage for those living with chronic pain. She has also completed training in the treatment of TMJ dysfunction. She takes a holistic approach to massage, focusing on how different aspects of the body and lifestyle can influence health. Since having a baby in 2025, she has developed an interest in working with perinatal and postpartum patients. Anna is returning to practice in her North Vancouver community after maternity leave and welcomes people of all backgrounds, ages, genders, and neurotypes. She aims to create a space of cultural safety and trust In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, foraging, and playing chess.
