Bridget is North Shore born and raised. She loves the community that she grew up in and is excited to be able to raise her young family in the same city. Bridget’s love of health and fitness inspired her to become a massage therapist from a young age. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2007. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists and Registered Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She has been working and building her business in Edgemont for the last 17 years. She believes in treating the body as a whole to find the source of the problem, instead of just the symptoms. Using many different techniques from deep tissue and trigger point therapy to craniosacral and fascial; Bridget will find a treatment plan that will work specifically for you. When she’s not working, Bridget can be found in the ice rink watching her kids play hockey. She loves to hike the mountains, exercise, dance the night away to live music and find new, exciting places to eat.
