
Karen Otsig is a life long North Shore resident and loves working in North Vancouver. She has established a very solid client base at the Bloom Family Wellness Centre over the last 10 years! She greets everyone she meets with a smile and her warm and welcoming personality can be felt the minute you walk into our office!
She is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and is registered wth the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Karen has also completed the Douglas College Doula Training Course and is a member of the Doula Services Association.
Karen’s massage therapy practice includes treatment of a wide variety of conditions including overuse injuries, pain and stress, headaches, postural imbalances, digestive and respiratory disorders and PMS to name just a few. Karen welcomes anyone who is interested in receiving the many and varied benefits that massage therapy has to offer.
Karen has a special interest in health issues that affect women and part of her practice includes working with pregnant women both pre- and postnatal. Karen has spent considerable time researching and studying the many and varied benefits that massage has to offer women in the childbearing year. Karen is a busy mom to one son and is also an part-time instructor at The Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Bridget Falls, RMT
Bridget is North Shore born and raised. She loves the community that she grew up in and is excited to be able to raise her young family in the same city.
Bridget’s love of health and fitness inspired her to become a massage therapist from a young age. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2007. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists and Registered Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She has been working and building her business in Edgemont for the last 10 years. She believes in treating the body as a whole to find the source of the problem, instead of just the symptoms. Using many different techniques from deep tissue and trigger point therapy to craniosacral and fascial; Bridget will find a treatment plan that will work specifically for you.
When she’s not working, Bridget can be found chasing her kids around one of the many parks on the North Shore while drinking large amounts of coffee. She loves to hike the mountains, exercise, dance the night away to live music and find new and exciting places to eat.

Ashley Noon (Ardagh), RMT
**We are excited to welcome Ashley back from her maternity leave on April 2, 2019.**
Ashley graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December 2016 and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of British Columbia. Her approach to massage therapy treatment is to locate and treat the source of the pain while also treating the symptoms that are currently present.
Born and raised in North Vancouver, she is a great admirer of the North Shore Mountains where she spends her free time hiking with her two pups and mountain biking with her friends. She will also never say no to a good game of beach volleyball. She is excited to join the Bloom team and looks forward to meeting you!

Elise Bradwell, RMT
Elise is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. Injuries endured from a motor vehicle accident peaked her interest in the human body, and ultimately lead her to a career in massage therapy helping others. Elise is passionate about helping every patient that walks in the door. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques based on orthopedic assessment, and believes in taking a proactive approach to health, and helping patients take their health in their own hands. In her spare time, Elise enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking and camping and has a passion for travel and meeting new people.

Heidi Osborne, RMT
Heidi is a graduate and scholarship recipient from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She uses a holistic approach to treat a variety of conditions including chronic injuries, post MVA rehabilitation and stress to name a few. Heidi believes that massage therapy has many varied benefits and she enjoys working with all systems of the body to achieve optimal wellness of her patients.
Heidi’s treatment approach utilizes hands on assessment of areas of dysfunction or decreased mobility. She works with her patients to create an individualized treatment plan based on both patient and practitioner goals. Heidi uses therapeutic techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and joint mobilization.
In her spare time, Heidi enjoys hiking, CrossFit, paddle boarding, photography and spending time outdoors.
